Founded in 2019, Manhattan Projects (MPNYC) is a New York City-based design studio dedicated to enduring architecture in an era of compulsive novelty. Rather than adhering to a single aesthetic that locks buildings into a disposable cultural moment, MPNYC merges different techniques, styles, and periods. The result is a deliberately ambiguous body of work that is neither classical nor contemporary, local nor global, artisanal nor engineered, minimal nor ornamental. The firm is led by Andreas Kostopoulos with offices in New York City and London.
